    Yoga helps to de-stress by calming the body, the mind, and our breathing. Jacquie can provide yoga onsite or online. Group and one-on-one yoga, meditation and breath work is available. classes include: chair yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative, power yoga, and meditation.

  • LAUGHTER & PLAY

    As a lunch and learn, an 8-week program, before or after work opportunity, book a laughter-generating interactive session. You’ll participate in improv-based activities to decrease stress, encourage connection, and playfulness, and embrace diversity. Experience the benefits of laughter and play! The class will also help with public speaking and trusting you can handle what life throws you.
